Here are the steps we’ll take together:

  • Register and set up the license with Zendesk
  • Set up account owner contact and billing settings
  • Create a custom Zendesk domain
  • Place brand-related items
  • Tweak basic to advanced security settings
  • Configure agent account settings and authorizations
  • Set up scheduling, holidays, and other organizational settings
  • Establish the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Provide email setup, including web host provider guidance
  • Add links to social media pages like Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more.
  • Implement third-party tool integrations (only Zendesk- approved Marketplace plugins)
